Power User

Designed for early adopters, end-user ambassadors and IT personnel who will be the first line of support to their organizations end-users. This class is an expanded end-user session, which includes details on feature nuances and end-user FAQ’s.

Train the Trainer

Designed for in-house instructors to master the concepts and skills needed to train enterprise users on the new collaboration devices and applications. This class starts with a power user training session and follows with instruction on how to convey the end user curriculum in an engaging, hands-on session. Prior training experience recommended.

System Administrator

Designed to educate System Administrators on how to manage their systems post-conversion. Students will learn how to navigate the administration console and perform moves, adds and changes, and learn about features that may be used to bring additional value to their organization.

End User Adoption

The diverse learning styles of today’s multi-generational workforce impose greater challenges on deploying technology than ever before. The Baby Boomers who make up a quarter of the workforce, view technology as something that is acquired and favors structured instructor-led classes.

A third of the workforce is made up of Gen X’ers who view technology as indispensable and are use case driven, self-motivated learners.

Instructor Led On-Site Training

You provide the conference room with the appropriate number of seats and the devices/applications to train on. We provide the instructor with the expertise and proven methodology to facilitate the rest. Classes can be either hands-on (for up to 12-students) or seminar-style (for up to 24-students).



Instructor Led Distance Learning

Delivered from Maestri’s Distance Learning Studio using Cisco Webex. This offering is ideal for efficiently delivering training to multiple remote sites and end users, and for minimizing training costs. Classes are delivered seminar-style (for up to 24-students).



Anytime-Anywhere Hosted Training

Micro-bit video tutorials embedded into a client branded portal. This offering is a cost-effective solution for large roll-outs and ideal for a blended learning approach. Licensed on an enterprise basis for three-months.
