For the past 16+ years, Maestri has been successfully migrating Cisco end users into the world of Collaboration.  Today, Maestri applies its core value and competencies across the entire Cisco Collaboration platform, from IP phones and video devices to Contact Centers and Webex Meetings, Teams, and Boards.

Recognizing that every organization is comprised of a diverse and multi-generational set of users, Maestri offers multiple levels of courses, through various delivery formats, so that organizations can choose the best-blended training approach for its deployment, user base, and budget.  Training jump starts the end users understanding of the new system and its benefits, ultimately producing in-house advocates and champions of the deployed technology.

During each session, students will learn, practice and master the technology’s features and concepts.  Post session, the value of training will be quickly recognized as users intuitively apply the knowledge and skills learned and begin the transformation of how they will now communicate, collaborate and meet.

Maestri Consultants was founded in 2003 by Susan Anderson Hill, an accomplished training and development professional with more than 31-years’ experience in the voice and video industries. Having been the Director of Global Training and Client Service Management for a leading video manufacturer, Susan’s focus has always been about the client enablement and end-user adoption of the product and service.

Susan founded Maestri shortly after Cisco entered the IP Telephony market. Cisco introduced Maestri to their resellers as a solution for offering tailored services to focus on the needs of the end user.  In partnership, the reseller and Maestri were able to ultimately raise the client acceptance level of the implementation and new technology.

Maestri continues to morph and focus on the enablement and adoption needs of the end user with Cisco’s evolving collaboration platform.
