Station Design

Cisco’s voice systems offer a myriad of features and functionality. Station Design is a means of analyzing each user’s call handling and coverage requirements to ensure that it meets the user’s needs and business metrics. A Maestri Enablement Specialist will conduct detailed interviews so that all devices are custom configured with the appropriate line appearance(s), features and coverage destinations.

Call Flow Design

Through Call Flow Design, the routing of incoming calls is assessed, auto attendant menus are mapped and evaluated, and prompts are analyzed, resulting in a positive incoming caller experience because they reach their ultimate destination without ambiguity and inconvenience.

Custom Reference Cards

Maestri develops proprietary reference cards for every Cisco Collaboration device and application to ensure they correspond to the course contents. The card is customized for each client’s deployment to ensure that the step-by-step instructions mirror the programming and configuration of the deployed device/application. The card’s layout follows the course flow and serves as a quick-glance reference to users.

Awareness Campaign

Our Enablement Specialists will help you to design a tactical awareness campaign that will motivate, inspire and prepare employees for system deployment. The campaign will promote adoption of the solution throughout the organization while minimizing demand on the marketing and IT teams.

Go-Live Support

On the first in-service day following conversion, an Enablement Specialist assists end users in one or a multiple variety of formats, including but not limited to: desk-side support, help-kiosk or remote helpline staffing. As an advocate for the end user, an Enablement Specialist will answer questions, perform brief tutorials, disseminate reference cards and filter support calls.
