The class concludes with an introduction to the new voicemail system, Unity Connection.

Operators and receptionists are a company’s first line of contact. Equip them with the ability to efficiently and professionally process calls all with a personal touch. Enable users to collaborate from anywhere and on any device. During our 45-minute sessions, users will learn how to view their contacts’ availability, send instant messages, place and process voice calls, initiate video calls, start and join conferences, and retrieve voice messages. The session ends with a review of Jabber’s options so that users can set their personal preferences for how Jabber will work for them.

Cisco Collaboration Room Endpoints
Get your organization’s meeting hosts and attendees acclimated to the technology in their meeting rooms, allowing them to meet and collaborate without boundaries as if they were sitting across the table. During Maestri’s one-hour session, an Enablement Specialist will introduce students to the Touch 10 panel, the meeting controller for: placing, answering and joining meetings, controlling audio and cameras, switching and sharing content sources, and setting presets.
